Are There Any Fees for Listing an Auction?
No, there are no fees for the auctions whatsoever.

How Do I Begin Selling?
You need to be a registered user to begin selling. If you're not a registered member, you can become one by clicking on the "register" link at the top of the main page. Registering and selling are free. After your registration has been approved by administration, log in, and click on the "sell an item" link at the top of the page.
You will need to select a category, then fill out the form, and click on "submit". You aren't finished yet. :) The next page will be a review of your auction. After reviewing it, click on "submit" again and your auction will then be listed.

How Do I Upload Images for my Auctions?
In the form you fill out for the item, there is an area which allows you to upload images. You may upload up to 5 images (not more than 500kb). When you click on "Upload Images", a new window will open. Use "browse" to select your image, then click on "upload image". Close the window. It will not show the image has been uploaded (but it's there! :) To upload more images, click on "Upload Images" again, and repeat the steps above. When selecting an image as the thumbnail, it does not appear correctly in the small thumbnail window, but will appear correctly on the actual auction listing.

Why Doesn't My Listing Show Up in the Auctions?
You may not have entered your password and clicked on "submit" again at the end of the review auction page. After clicking on "submit" the first time, a review page will open saying you are still allowed to make changes. At the bottom of this page, you need to enter your password and click on "submit" again.

What Information Should I Put in the Item Description?
Always give an accurate and complete description for your item. Leave no doubt as to what you are selling. It's also a good idea to give an email address so potential buyers can contact you if they need to, although there is a "contact seller" form in each listing. Include any shipping costs if there are any, and a time limit for when you expect the item to be paid for. Include information of how soon the item will be shipped.

What Do I Do When the Auction Ends?
An email will be sent to the winning bidder letting them know they've won the auction. However, if you haven't heard from the winning bidder within 24-48 hours, you may want to send them an email, asking them how they prefer to pay you for the item. Let them know which payment methods you accept.

What Do I Do if I Have Problems With a Buyer?
Try to contact the buyer and come to a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, contact us at: goldenneedledesigns@yahoo.com We will try to contact the buyer and resolve the issue. We will let the buyer and seller know within 48 hours, the decision we've come to. If we receive too many complaints about a certain buyer or seller, we reserve the right to, and may choose to suspend their account.
