May I sell items I've embroidered Golden Needle designs on?
Yes, you may sell items you've embroidered our designs on. There is no limit to the amount of items you can sell that have our designs embroidered on them. You are not allowed to copy, share or re-sell our embroidery files (designs) in any way.
Which format does my machine use?
Following are common formats for various machine brands. Please refer to your embroidery machine manual, or embroidery software to be certain which format you need.

I accidentally deleted my designs. Can I get another copy?
Yes, you may! Simply send us an email, let us know your name, your format, which designs you purchased, and the approximate date you purchased the designs. We will then check in our customer database, find the record of your purchase, and send you an email with the download link for your designs.
How soon can I expect to receive my designs?
You should receive your designs within 24 hours of our receipt of your payment. If you are paying by credit card or through Paypal, we usually receive a notification of payment within minutes. If you haven't received your designs within 24 hours, please contact us at: goldenneedledesigns@yahoo.com , right away as this may mean we didn't receive notification of payment, and we will resolve the matter right away.
Do you do any custom digitizing?
I'm sorry, but we do not do any custom digitizing. Please refer to our links page and visit custom digitizer links we have there.
